Senior Officer - Air Freight, Key Account

1. Ensure Export operations runs smoothly, and SOP compliant.
2. Manage and co-ordinate the entire shipment process for customers.
3. Implement and establish new processes for export / import operations.
4. Review export / import operational procedures for continuous improvement, to enhance efficiency.
5. Prepare KPI reports for customers & attend to Operation Review meetings when required.
6. Plan / schedule space for all origin stations.
7. To co-ordinate shipment closely with Customers and various department to ensure shipments executed correctly
8. Monitor & ensure Customers make prompt payments
9. Rectify & resolve payment discrepancies
10. Observe & control daily operational issues in order to comply Customer’s requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the industry
• PC literate 
• Customer service orientated
