Circles are small groups within our Ignite International Women's Network that meet on a regular basis for sharing, peer mentorship, skill building, empowerment and more. You can join a circle; you can lead a circle. | Do you want to kick bias out of workplace? So do we!

Events
We are especially proud of our annual summit and three quarterly network events, including special guests each year in celebration of International Women's Day. Our invitation to these events goes beyond our own doors and is open also to non-DB SCHENKER employees.
Internal Workshops
We are pleased to offer our people developmental workshops on a monthly basis - created and hosted by internal network members.
Circles
Local circle groups come together monthly for 60-90 minutes both virtually and in-person on topics related to the individual needs of our women. Our circles are led by network members - including lead trainings for those interested in growing into this role.
Inspiring Spotlights
Every quarter, we share an inspiring story which spotlights inspiring women within DB Schenker. This stretches across regions and business units - opening our world while making it a little closer.
