Position Description Summary:
Responsible for establishing, maintaining, selling and handling international trade fairs and event products.
Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):
· Prepare price quotations for trade fairs and events
· Prepare all necessary documents for ocean/air freight exhibition shipments including customs brokerage
· Co-ordinate with overseas offices to ensure all requirements are met for export/import shipments
· Maintain & service existing business and secure contact with new sales leads
· Accounting: issue billings and maintain/monitor accounts receivable
· Must be willing to travel

Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel):
This is an intermediate level position. Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills required as frequently in direct contact with Top Level Management executives on show site. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in Ocean and/or Airfreight Operations. Basic customs brokerage knowledge and strong computer software knowledge required.
