We are looking for you as P&O Business Partner (f/m/d) for DB Schenker in Gebze as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- The position covers administrative and operational run of the People & organization (P&O) department, support for employees and line managers in the area of human resources
- You identify, collect and align business requirements and needs and address it to Service Organization
- You consult, advice and coach employees and leaders on adopting and using P&O methods and guidelines
- As an expert in recruiting you determine hiring needs, support business to identify the right assessment, consult and train leaders in choosing and enrolling in the fitting Talent and Leadership Development measures for their employees
- You support the units with global roll outs of processes, products and communication and consult the managers on the right tools to address the business needs for feedback management
- In addition you support, coach and consult the business head to design organization and target operating model from idea until implementation
- You review, analyze and partner with business on ensuring market competitiveness and ensure that the kick-off target agreement and the target assessment process are adhered to
Your profile:
- As a trusted partner for the Business you are able to identify best suitable P&O solutions
- You have several years of professional experience in a similar position in HR in an international company
- You also have knowledge of the labour market in Türkiye and how to work with subcontractors and agencies
- You have experience in preparing for audits from a P&O perspective and are familiar with Turkish labor law
- As we work very internationally, you speak at least B2 English and Turkish
- Personally, you are able to communicate with all people at eye level and think analytically and critically
- We require business trips between Gebze and Istanbul
