    The Role

    We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse & Transport Supervisor to join our team in Auckland.

    Key Accountabilities

    The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the Warehouse. Responsibilities will include:

    • Lead the warehouse and transport team in the day-to-day operations of the facility ensuring that customer service levels are met
    • Ensure that the site, and all equipment, is fully maintained and workable, with a contingency plan in place for any breakdowns
    • Consistently oversee warehouse compliance with key regulations such as RACA, TAPA, ISO Quality and Customs requirements
    • Manage and motivate a team of hardworking warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity
    • Ensure that import and export cargo is delivered within key timeframes
    • Maintain the highest levels of health and safety at all times

    What Are We Looking For?

    • At least 2+ years supervisory experience in the transport or freight forwarding industry
    • Possess a current drivers licence including Class 2, F endorsement and OSH Forklift Certification
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
    • A safety-focused mindset, always making sure that work, health and safety is the top priority
    • Experience working in a bonded and/or RACA certified warehouse will be highly advantageous
