Your tasks
What will be your challenges?
- Prepare and review documents necessary for export operations, such as analysis of commercial invoices, packing lists, quotations;
- Issuance of the HAWB;
- Send green light requests;
- Carry out quotations;
- Monitor shipments and update the system;
- Identify and analyze risks and opportunities for boarding and disembarking, checking deadlines, costs and transport conditions;
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all export transactions;
- Provide support to customers and business partners, answering questions and resolving export-related problems;
- Label the loads that are being collected during the customer's shipment;
- Prepare all documents that will be sent with the cargo to the airport;
- Validate shipping origin/destination costs when necessary;
- Daily monitoring/Follow up of processes.
Requirements
What you need to succeed?
- Desirable experience working in companies in the sector and in similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations or related areas.
- Advanced English skills.
- General knowledge of dangerous articles, current incoterms, IATA regulations and general geographic.
- Be able to contact with airlines
- Be able to use of the company's operating systems, procars, land.
