Your tasks
Job Location: Gurgaon
n Maintains application support processes, and checks that all requests for support are dealt with
according to agreed procedures
n Prioritizes, diagnoses and resolve incidents using ITSM tool.
n Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution.
n Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents.
n Documents and closes resolved incidents/service requests according to agreed procedures.
n Initiates and monitors actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes, and
services
n Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
n Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks.
n "Go Live" support after introduction of new solutions.
n Ensure proper communication to vendor Management.
n Shift-based support model are required.
