Must-Have Skills and relevant experience
- Successfully completed commercial or technical professional training in information technology
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Strong organizational skills in managing priorities.
- Experience in handling hardware/software rollouts.
- Confident handling of ticket systems (e.g. Service Now)
- Very good knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI
- Structured, independent, solution-oriented, and efficient way of working
- Analytical thinking and fast comprehension
- Strongly developed self-organization skills and self-motivation
- High customer orientation
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and high-performance orientation.
- Excellent English language skills in written and spoken, additionally German would be an advantage.
- Experience with O365 applications.
Could-Have Skills and relevant experience.
Desirable but not essential skills and qualifications.
- Experience in the role of a Service Coordinator or Project manager in IT Network/ SD-Wan is a plus.
- knowledge in project management would be advantage.
- knowledge of Ariba is a plus.
Education and Experience
- Degree(s) required: Bachelor's in computer science/IT or equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience in PMO/SMO, IT support or rollout projects in infrastructure services. SD WAN rollout experience would be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- ITIL
- MS office, Power BI

- Procurement applications - Ariba (Desirable)
