    Your tasks

    At Schenker we are currently executing a multi-year IT transformation program for transforming, modernizing, and harmonizing our complex and dated IT integration landscape. Therefore we are looking for you as Head of Intergation Transformation (f/m/d).
    Your tasks:
    • As the Head of Integration Transformation, you will lead the Integration Transformation department which is driving the IT Integration Transformation program and implements the portfolio and global processes & standards. Part of this department is the Integration Center-4-Enablement team which is responsible for enabling all stakeholders from the Schenker IT business and functional units with using the target IT integration solutions
    • You are responsible for creating the behaviors, structures, systems, and competencies required to run the department as an effective, valued partner of our IT business and functional units and directly report to the Global Technology & Data SVP
    • You have full responsibility for all services and costs within your department as well as for leadership, motivation, and development of your department's employees
    • You provide services to meet the needs of the Integration Domain stakeholders and take responsibility for improving processes that are negatively affecting their satisfaction and relationships
    • In collaboration with the Integration Domain Architect you ensure the implementation of corporate standards and technology architecture of the Integration Domain
    • Furthermore, you are responsible for resource planning, allocation of resources to projects and services, prioritization of tasks, as well as budget planning, controlling and activities to keep the assigned budget

    Requirements

    Your profile:
    • You bring at least 7 years of technical experience in the Integration Domain
    • You have solid knowledge of EDI-based, API-based, and EDA-based integration architectures
    • Experience with products from Mulesoft, Axway is a plus
    • You gained leadership experience in managing cross functional teams and influencing Senior Level Management
    • you are a strong stakeholder manager and communicator and a good Team Player
    • You have the ability to work within a multi-national organization
    • Proficient in both spoken and written English (B2 at least) and German skills are a bonus
