Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills: This is an entry-level position. High school diploma or equivalent required. Generally, prefer 0-1 years’ experience preferred. Good interpersonal skills required. Must be, able to operate a variety of equipment such as a forklift and a computer, and have strong organizational, inventory, and accounting skills. Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding; operate hand truck and fork lift; and in some cases perform tasks in inclement weather conditions. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to pushing, pulling, lifting varying weights up to 50+lbs. We are an equal opportunity employer. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base hourly pay which is $20.30 an hour. Our benefits package includes paid time off and paid sick time in the first year, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, and more as described in our benefits guide. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, performance, geography, and internal equity.
